Command to hold information sharing day for industry
U.S. Joint Forces Command's Joint Warfighting Center will hold an industry information exchange day June 13, 2009.

(NORFOLK, Va. June 1, 2009) -- U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) will hold an industry information day June 13 at the USJFCOM Joint Warfighting Center (JWFC) in Suffolk, Va.
The program will focus on future joint training support. Briefings are open to all in industry who are interested in the next generation of training support services and contracts. This forum also provides an open opportunity to discuss preliminary requirements information with industry.
Navy Capt. John Polowczyk, USJFCOM business manager, said the program also allows provides an opportunity to receive feedback and information about possible solutions and capabilities for the government's forthcoming competitive acquisition documents for various joint training support follow-on efforts.
“We are holding an industry day to understand what the market can bring in relation to innovative solutions for joint training to generate new ideas,” Polowczyk said.
