USJFCOM release joint doctrine request for information
U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) and the contracting office that supports the command will seek input from industry on the work statement of an upcoming contract regarding joint doctrine and education.

(SUFFOLK, Va. - April 3, 2009) -- U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) and the contracting office that supports the command are seeking input from industry on the work statement of an upcoming contract.
The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office posted a request for information (RFI) on the Navy Electronic Commerce on-line (NECO) system requesting potential bidders to review and comment on the draft performance work statement (PWS) for the USJFCOM Joint Warfighting Center's joint doctrine and education follow-on contracting effort.
The RFI also requests information on companies interested in competing for this effort.
Interested contractors who would be interested in competing for this work should identify past work performed involving joint doctrine environment and capabilities such as preparation for joint and multinational operations through conceptualization, analysis, development, dissemination, assessment, evaluation, etc. within the last three years.
The announcement is for informational gathering purposes only and has a deadline for submissions of May 29, 2009.
