Some users are having difficulty accessing the C2pedia. Here are instructions for setting Internet Explorer to display C2Pedia:

1- In Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu and select Internet Options

2- Click the “Advanced” Tab

3- Scroll down to the “HTTP 1.1 settings” and make sure both option boxes are selected

4- Scroll to the bottom and ensure “Use SSL 2.0”, “Use SSL 3.0”, and “Use TLS 1.0” are all selected

5- Click on “Apply” in the lower right of the window, and “OK”

6- Type in the C2Pedia URL (https://c2.jsic.jfcom.mil) and when prompted, enter CAC pin
