(ONBOARD USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT - Aug. 1, 2005) -- Ambassador Ed Kronenburg, director of the private office of the secretary general of NATO presents the NATO Meritorious Service Medal to Navy Adm. Edmund P. Giambastiani, Jr., NATO Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, and Commander, Joint Forces Command, during his departure ceremony here today. Giambastiani relinquished both commands in a ceremony and departs to become the vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Also speaking at the ceremony were Air Force General Richard B.
