(ONBOARD USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT - Aug. 1, 2005) -- After getting "piped through the side-boys" Navy Admiral Edmund P. Giambastiani, Jr., NATO Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, and Commander, U.S. Joint Forces Command, relinquished both commands in a ceremony here today. He departs to become the vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Speaking at the ceremony were Air Force General Richard B.
