JCSE helps Tampa Bay Rays celebrate pennant

Members of the Joint Enabling Capability Command's (JECC) Joint Communications Support Element, based at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Fla., participated in the Tampa Bay Rays Opening Day Ceremonies, at Tropicana Field April 13, 2009.  As part of the Opening Day Ceremony, four members of JCSE, Army Sgt. 1st Class Fredrick Meyer, Air Force Tech Sgt. Robert Wocking, Army Staff Sgts. Jeffrey Lodick and Christopher Dawson, rappelled from the top of Tropicana Field onto the playing field and, in doing so, simultaneously raised the American League East and American League Championship banners.
