Advisory Group (TAG)
U.S. Joint Forces Command's (USJFCOM) Transformation Advisory Group (TAG) provides the USJFCOM commander independent advice and recommendations on strategic, scientific, technical, intelligence and policy-related issues, with emphasis on how these issues relate to the shaping of the command’s efforts to develop the joint force today and in the future.
Members volunteer their time to serve on this advisory group and represent a wide-range of interests from key leadership positions in industry, academia, science and technology, and governmental affairs. The TAG members broaden the intellectual capital of USJFCOM. Additionally, their recommendations assist in building partnerships with non-Department of Defense agencies and private organizations.
The TAG meets formally in plenary sessions twice a year and in smaller committees throughout the year.
