Joint Force Trainer - Doctrine Joint doctrine fundamentally shapes what is thought about war and how to train for it, guiding the employment of joint forces. The products aid combatant commanders in preparing for joint and multinational operations. Properly applying joint doctrine during training, mission planning and execution puts everyone involved on the same page, resulting in a more effective and efficient joint force. The U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Joint Training Directorate/Joint Warfighting Center (J7) ensures U.S. doctrine stays relevant and current. Common planning and operational-based standards of existing capabilities support the USJFCOM effort of providing trained, capable and interoperable joint forces to combatant commanders.
